Loaded Potato Jars (10 Minute Meal)

Loaded Potato Jars Recipe

I saw these loaded potato jars on TheGunnySack and fell in love!

Not only did they take less than 10 minutes to make, but oh-em-geeeeee were they delicious!

You’re not using a real potato for this so no need to wait for it to bake (which is honestly the reason why my family doesn’t usually eat potatoes…they take soooo looong!). And I have to say, I’m loving the single serving jars idea! It’s fantastic if you wanted to use them for a party, family barbeque, kids get together…you get the idea!

The rest of the ingredients otherwise fall right in line with what you would expect on a loaded baked potato, just substitute the potato for instant (which you can easily get for under $1.00 on sale) and you’re all set!

What You Will Need…

Instant Potatoes
Shredded Cheese
Milk
Green Onion (chopped)
Bacon bits
Sour cream
Salt & Pepper

The measurements would depend on the directions found on the instant potatoes you decide to use…the bacon bits and other toppings are added as your taste buds see fit;)
